I've shelled out cash for Traktor, Traktor2, Traktor scratch pro and the Kontrol S4. I've been an NI customer for years now, both on the software and hardware end. If anyone from NI sees this post, I just want to point out. A lot of what they will request from you is fairly technical and I would not be surprised if many users who aren't computer savvy would struggle to follow their instructions. They will make you jump through all sorts of hoops and will eventually just tell you flat out that it's not a hardware issue by the end of it.
